Konko AI has raised $6 million in a Seed round led by Hi Ventures, with LifeX Ventures, SquareOne Capital, GroundUp Ventures and Phoenix Fund participating alongside angels from Harvard, MIT, Google and Tesla. The round was announced on September 2, 2026.

The company is based in New York, and it sells an interoperable AI platform to healthcare institutions.

What the platform does is manage the patient journey. It automates patient messaging, triage, appointment scheduling and follow-up care, which is the administrative layer that eats into the time clinicians can spend with patients.

The scale is already substantial. Konko handles more than two million patient interactions across 90 healthcare institutions and 60 medical specialties.

The money supports product development and expansion across Latin America, with Mexico, Colombia and Costa Rica named as target markets. That regional focus sets Konko apart from the many patient communication companies aiming squarely at United States health systems.

Companies selling into hospitals, clinics and their technology vendors can reach newly funded buyers each week through Healthcare Sales Leads.
