Ambrook has raised a $30 million Series B led by Lachy Groom, previously head of Stripe Issuing. Thomson Reuters Ventures, Thrive Capital, Field Ventures and Cameron Ventures joined, along with operator angels including Guillermo Rauch of Vercel, Akshay Kothari of Notion and Tomer London of Gusto.

Total capital raised now stands at $59 million. The round follows a $26.1 million Series A closed just over 12 months ago, in July 2025.

Growth since then explains the follow on. Ambrook has gone from 2,500 customers to more than 8,000 across all 50 states.

The company, based in New York, New York, and founded in 2020, builds financial management software for independent family run businesses. Its customers work in agriculture, ranching, trucking, construction and property management, a set of industries that generic accounting tools have never served especially well.

The new capital funds product development, stronger AI capabilities, and expansion of integrated payments and cash management tools, the parts of a fintech platform that tend to determine whether customers stay.
