Pact Labs, based in San Francisco, California, has raised $7 million in a Series A round led by Tether. Blockchange Ventures and Lasagna joined the financing, which was announced on July 14, 2026.
Pact Labs is the development and infrastructure arm of PACT, responsible for designing and deploying the technical systems behind the PACT protocol and its consumer products. Its SDKs have already put hundreds of thousands of embedded wallets into service, along with live stablecoin payroll flows across enterprise platforms.
The investment positions the company as a core infrastructure provider for USA₮ across payroll, earned wage access, credit and everyday payments. USA₮ is a dollar backed stablecoin issued by Anchorage Digital Bank, N.A., launched in collaboration with Tether.
Capital from the round will fund the wallet, data, payment and smart contract infrastructure that connects the PACT protocol with fintech platforms and their users. The opportunity is sizeable: the United States payroll system moves more than $11 trillion each year on infrastructure much of which was designed decades ago.
