Niural, a New York based AI native platform for global payroll, benefits, payments, and compliance, has secured an additional $21 million in strategic capital. The new money brings its total Series A funding to $52 million.
The round drew participation from FOG Ventures and NewView Capital, alongside continued investment from existing backers.
Niural plans to put the funding toward launching and developing Niural AI Labs, a research arm focused on building long-horizon AI agents for high-stakes, regulated business areas that reach beyond payroll and benefits, such as workflow orchestration and automated compliance.
The company has been growing quickly. Since its Aetna partnership went live in April 2026, Niural says it has crossed $200 million in annualized gross revenue on its PEO product alone, while moving billions of dollars in global transaction volume each year for fast-growing customers including Rillet, Sevaro, ConductorOne, and Polygon.
The raise reflects rising investor interest in AI agents that can take on complex finance and operations work where accuracy and compliance carry real weight.
