RevaTerra closed an oversubscribed $1.265 million Seed round on August 11, 2026, led by BlueLake.vc through its BL.vc Deep Tech and BlueLake Syndications vehicles.

The company, based in Newnan, Georgia and founded in 2025, turns forestry and agricultural residues into what the industry calls white pellets. Its patent pending Arcana technology is built so those pellets run through existing pellet manufacturing and power generation equipment without any retrofits, which removes the capital expense that usually stalls adoption of an alternative fuel.

Getting there requires solving a variability problem. Biomass feedstock differs from load to load, so RevaTerra pairs detailed biomass characterization with machine learning to tune each formulation to whatever material it is working with.

The bioenergy category has a long history of pilots that never reached commercial scale, and drop in compatibility is the argument RevaTerra is making against that history.

Proceeds go toward further product development, a larger technical and commercial team, and new manufacturing partnerships.
