Radley Health Raises $3M Seed for Peer Mental Health Care

Radley Health, which operates as RadleyCare, is a behavioral healthcare company based in Cincinnati, Ohio. The company has closed a $3 million Seed round, announced on June 2, 2026. It focuses on serving adults living with serious mental illness.
The round drew participation from healthcare organizations and mission-aligned investors, including Aurora Forge, Jackson Healthcare, Peg’s Foundation, and several family offices. These new investors join CareSource, which had previously announced an investment in the company.
Radley has quickly built one of the largest peer support networks in the region, with more than 450 certified peer support specialists working across more than 70 counties in Ohio. That helps address access gaps in a state where 75 of 88 counties are designated as Mental Health Professional Shortage Areas.
The company’s model relies on certified peer support specialists, individuals with lived experience in recovery, to provide ongoing engagement, mentorship, and support. By pairing peer services with clinical care and community partnerships, Radley aims to improve outcomes, reduce hospitalizations, and lower the total cost of care for Medicaid populations.
Radley plans to use the funds to expand its certified peer support workforce, deepen its integrated community healthcare partnerships, build out its care delivery technology platform, and launch operations in Georgia.
