Probook, a New York based AI platform for home services, has raised $34 million in Series A funding led by Andreessen Horowitz and Sequoia Capital. The company also disclosed a previously unannounced $6 million seed round led by Sequoia, bringing total funding to $40 million.

Probook builds software that automates dispatch, customer communication, data verification, and scheduling for home service providers across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance work. Technician dispatch sits at the center of the product, since it is one of the hardest operational problems these businesses face.

Early results have been strong. An Indiana customer with 14 locations and 260 technicians booked 2,542 jobs in its first month without a single human touching the booking. Another customer, Del-Air, reported that dispatcher productivity doubled, from 10 to 22 technicians per dispatcher.

The company was founded by chief executive George Eliadis, who spent six summers pressure washing in a truck in upstate New York with his father before spending a summer working inside a $40 million HVAC, plumbing, and electrical shop in Illinois that became Probook’s first customer.

The raise reflects investor interest in vertical AI tools aimed at large, traditional industries where software adoption has lagged.
