Overroute, a logistics software company based in Lowell, Arkansas, has raised $5.5 million to scale its AI-native freight execution platform for large carriers and private enterprise fleets. The funding was dated September 10, 2026.
UP.Partners led the round, with EIC Rose Rock, 1834 Ventures, Tulane Ventures, and other investors participating. The company operates out of Arkansas.
The company will use the money to speed up product development, expand staffing, and support rollouts across more large fleets. It is also widening its AI agent deployments and building broader freight planning and asset optimization features.
Overroute’s platform is built for asset-based carriers and enterprise fleets. It helps operators automate manual workflows, raise productivity, improve how trucks and trailers are utilized, and run AI agents inside the systems their teams already use rather than adding another tool to the stack.
