Oblenio Bio, a biotechnology company based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, has closed an oversubscribed $62 million Series B financing. The round, announced on June 25, 2026, was led by Pfizer Ventures, with participation from new investors Deep Track Capital and GV, alongside Aditum Bio, the company’s founding and Series A investor.

Proceeds will fund the initial clinical development of LBL-051, the company’s tri-specific T-cell engager. The therapy is designed to achieve a broad reset of the immune system to treat patients with a range of refractory autoimmune diseases. The company plans to begin a first-in-human proof-of-concept study this year.

LBL-051 brings together three validated targets, BCMA, CD19, and CD3, and is engineered specifically for autoimmune patients.

The financing reflects growing investor interest in applying T-cell engager approaches, which were developed largely in cancer, to autoimmune disease.
