Neon, a San Francisco, California company building direct-to-consumer commerce tools for the gaming industry, has raised a $13 million Series A. Andreessen Horowitz and Renegaden Partners led the round, which the company announced on July 22, 2026, with game publisher Krafton joining as a strategic investor.

Neon Commerce gives gaming publishers a tech stack that folds webstores, payment processing, tax and fraud management, and loyalty programs directly into their own ecosystems. Founded in 2022 and led by chief executive Chris Faught, the company has now raised $27 million in total.

The business has grown quickly. Over the past two years its gross merchandise value has climbed more than tenfold, and it posted over 200 percent year-over-year growth in the first half of 2026 alone.

With the new capital, Neon plans to expand its commerce and loyalty infrastructure across the gaming industry.
