Levanta has raised $22 million in a Series B led by Volition Capital, the firm’s second investment in the company after it led a $20 million Series A in 2024. Total funding now stands above $43 million.
The company is based in Seattle, Washington, and sits between two groups that need each other but struggle to transact: brands selling across multiple marketplaces, and the creators who can move their products.
Levanta’s software handles the mechanics of that relationship end to end. Brands find creators, ship them products, set commission structures, track resulting sales and pay out, all in one place. More than 90,000 vetted creators now sit on the platform, and brands can offer products for review, pay commissions on links that convert, or arrange flat fee partnerships instead. Performance tracking runs across Amazon, Walmart and Shopify.
The company started with Amazon sellers before extending to the other two, which broadened it from a single channel tool into infrastructure for retail more generally. Revenue is up 80% year over year in 2026.
Founded in 2023 by chief executive Ian Brodie, chief technology officer Spencer McKenney and chief marketplace officer Rob Schab, all University of Washington graduates, the company is not the founders’ first attempt at this market. The three previously built Grovia.io, an affiliate marketing business that Acceleration Partners acquired in 2022.
Levanta employs more than 100 people and is unusual among venture backed companies in having been profitable or close to break even since launch. As part of this round it also provided cash liquidity to some eligible employees, a detail that says something about how the founders view the timeline ahead.
Earlier backers include Long Run Capital, OpenSky Ventures and Arrived Homes chief executive Ryan Frazier. The new capital supports expansion into additional retail marketplaces and international growth.
