EULER has raised $4.3 million in a seed round led by Channel Equity Partners, its first institutional capital after a stretch of profitable growth.

The company is based in San Diego. The city sits at the southern end of California, some distance from the Bay Area where most enterprise software peers cluster. EULER sells an agentic partner relationship management platform, a corner of enterprise tooling that rarely draws headlines but sits directly on top of revenue.

Partner programs are administratively heavy by nature. Onboarding, training, enablement, deal registration, attribution and ongoing partner support all involve repetitive coordination across companies that do not share systems. EULER points AI agents at that work, automating the steps that normally consume a channel team’s week.

The customer list gives a sense of scale. The platform supports more than 100,000 partnerships for clients including Gong, BambooHR, Zip and BigCommerce, all B2B software businesses where indirect revenue matters enough to justify dedicated infrastructure. Founder and CEO Greg Portnoy runs the company.

The new money funds hiring across engineering, product, sales, customer success and marketing, faster product development, and a larger go-to-market operation.
