Endiya and Bluehill Co-Lead $5M Seed for Chip Verifier VerifAIX

VerifAIX has raised $5 million in its first institutional round, a Seed round co-led by Endiya Partners and Bluehill VC. The company is based in Cupertino, California.
The problem it works on follows directly from the rise of AI in chip design. As more of a design gets generated by models, someone has to confirm the result is actually correct. VerifAIX calls what it is building a verification trust layer.
The semiconductor platform centers on what the company terms a Formal Brain, which builds a mathematically grounded understanding of a design. It reasons across specifications, RTL, and verification assets to find inconsistencies, then drives verification planning, formal analysis, simulation, and debug.
Madhulima Tewari, Kenneth Roe, and Avner Landver founded the company. Their backgrounds span AI, semiconductor EDA, and formal verification, with time at Intel, SiFive, Synopsys, Apple, Cadence, and IBM Research.
The money will fund product development, customer deployments, and engineering expansion across the US, India, and Israel.
Suppliers and software vendors selling into chip design teams can get verified contacts at newly funded startups every week through Software Development Leads.
