Blee, which builds an AI-first marketing compliance platform, has raised $20 million in Series A funding. The company is based in Brooklyn, in New York City, and announced the round on September 8, 2026.

Fin Capital and SMBC Fin Atlas Beyond Fund co-led the financing. Hannah Grey VC, National Bank of Canada, Y Combinator, Penny Jar Capital, Cardumen Capital, and Treasury also participated. Total funding now stands at $27 million.

Blee plans to use the money to deepen its coverage across the full content lifecycle, move into new industries and regions, and get the product in front of legal, compliance, marketing, and brand leaders at large organizations.

Led by CEO Guy Shahar, the company helps legal and compliance teams automate the review, oversight, and governance of marketing, product, and sales materials. The software sits alongside the content tools marketing teams already use and applies AI to surface immediate feedback on regulatory, compliance, legal, brand, and other requirements before a piece reaches formal review.

Ahead of publication, Blee runs the workflow from submission through approval and comment cycles with an audit trail. After publication, it keeps monitoring content, including influencer social media posts and websites, for regulatory compliance and brand adherence.

Customers include Expedia Group and SoFi Technologies.
