Advanced NanoTherapies, a clinical-stage medtech company based in California, has closed an oversubscribed Series B financing totaling more than $31 million. The round closed on June 2, 2026.

It was co-led by an undisclosed strategic investor and S3 Ventures, with participation from the T45 Fund along with new and existing investors.

The company focuses on improving outcomes for patients with coronary and peripheral artery disease. It is developing a next-generation drug-coated balloon platform that combines two antiproliferative drugs, paclitaxel and sirolimus, delivered through a proprietary nanoparticle-based system. The work falls within the broader healthcare device field.

The funding will support U.S. regulatory and clinical milestones for the company’s lead product, SirPlux Duo. That includes approval of an Investigational Device Exemption, advancement of coronary clinical programs, and expansion into below-the-knee peripheral artery disease applications.
