Abstract Security, a cybersecurity company based in San Francisco, California, has raised a $25 million Series A extension to grow its security operations platform. Cheyenne Ventures and AVP co-led the round, which the company announced on July 23, 2026.

Olive Hill Ventures also invested, while existing backers Crosslink Capital and Rally Ventures followed on. The new capital brings Abstract’s total funding to nearly $50 million.

The company sells what it calls composable security operations, a streaming-first platform built to simplify how enterprises handle security data and to speed up detection, investigation, and response. With the raise, Abstract plans to widen in-stream threat detection and push more artificial intelligence tooling into the security operations workflow.

The funding follows a strong run of growth. Over the past year the company grew annual recurring revenue by 380 percent, reached 264 percent net revenue retention, and tripled its customer base.
