Pi has raised $25 million in Series A funding to build an agentic product security platform, as investors back tools that let security keep pace with fast-moving software development. The cybersecurity company operates from offices in San Francisco, California, and Tel Aviv.
The round was led by Third Point Ventures, with participation from Brightmind Partners and angel backing from CrowdStrike co-founder George Kurtz along with Armis co-founders Yevgeny Dibrov and Nadir Izrael. Including a $10 million seed round completed in early 2025 and led by Brightmind Partners, Pi has now raised roughly $35 million in total.
Pi was founded in 2025 by Guy Arazi, who serves as CEO, and Yoni Ramon, the company’s CPO. Arazi brings a deep security background, having worked as a security researcher at Microsoft, where he developed security defenses and vulnerability detection capabilities for Microsoft Defender, Azure and the Microsoft Security Response Center. The company currently employs around 23 people.
The problem Pi is tackling is a familiar one for modern engineering teams. Software now ships at a pace that traditional security processes struggle to match, leaving gaps between how fast code is written and how quickly vulnerabilities are caught and fixed. Pi’s platform is designed to automate vulnerability remediation across modern software environments, using an agentic approach so that security can scale alongside development rather than lag behind it.
The backing from well-known security founders signals confidence from people who have built large companies in the space. With its Series A secured, Pi is positioned to expand its team and platform as it competes to make product security keep up with the speed of software.
