xCures, an Oakland, California healthcare data company, has closed a $46 million Series B financing. The round, announced on June 24, 2026, was led by Innovius Capital, with participation from iGrow, GKCC, Spring Mountain Capital, and existing investors.
The new capital brings total funding to more than $76 million and values the company at $127 million post-money, more than double the valuation at its $25 million Series A in December 2023. The money will fuel continued expansion of the company’s platform, which turns fragmented medical records into decision-ready clinical data using AI.
The business has grown quickly. Operating on a usage-based software model with committed caps, xCures grew from roughly $3 million to $10 million in annualized recurring revenue in 2025, and is on track to break $20 million in 2026. Its enterprise customer base includes 25 clients, among them lab and diagnostics companies such as Exact Sciences, Caris Life Sciences, and Novocure.
The raise reflects steady demand for tools that make messy clinical data usable, an enduring problem across healthcare and life sciences.
