Kaon AI Raises $60M Series B for Generative AI Entertainment

Kaon AI, a company based in San Mateo, California, has closed a $60 million Series B round to scale its generative AI platform for interactive entertainment. B Capital, Redpoint Ace, Goodwater Capital and DCM led the financing.

Kaon AI powers a global ecosystem of creators and consumers through products including FlowGPT, Emochi, Tickle and Branches. The company says it now has more than two million daily active users, with its Emochi product generating $45 million in annual recurring revenue.

The company plans to use the capital to grow its research and development footprint, expand its research hub in San Mateo and advance its generative content engine.
