InduPro has closed a $77 million Series B led by The Column Group, with Vida Ventures, MRL Ventures Fund, Emerson Collective, Euclidean Capital, Solasta Ventures, Sanofi and Eli Lilly and Company all participating.
The financing landed alongside a clinical milestone. The Seattle company dosed its first patient in a Phase 1 study of IDP-001, its lead oncology candidate. That drug is a bispecific antibody drug conjugate designed around the spatial arrangement of proteins on the surface of tumour cells, an approach meant to improve targeting precision.
Money from the round funds Phase 1 development and the early proof of concept data that comes with it, plus continued work across the preclinical pipeline. InduPro develops therapeutics for both cancer and autoimmune disease.
Having two large pharmaceutical companies on the cap table is not new here. Sanofi made a strategic equity investment in December 2025 alongside a collaboration on a preclinical bispecific PD-1 agonist program for autoimmune disorders. Eli Lilly followed in January 2026 with an investment and a collaboration valued at up to roughly $950 million to discover bispecific and multispecific oncology therapeutics.
That history gives this round a different character from a straightforward biotechnology raise. The strategic partners were already committed, and the Washington company is now moving into the clinic with them still in.
