Cue Raises $5M Series A for AI Customer Service

Cue, a customer service software company based in Birkenhead, Wirral, in the United Kingdom, has raised $5 million in a Series A round co-led by Knife Capital and FAM Investments.

The company sells an AI powered customer service platform, with a product built around faster support over channels including WhatsApp Business.

Cue intends to put the money toward accelerating its AI agents, expanding internationally, and investing in voice capabilities, security and enterprise integrations.
