Carputty, an Atlanta, Georgia fintech company that is modernizing how vehicles are financed, has closed a Series B round. The financing, dated September 9, 2026, takes the company’s total capital raised past $40 million.

The Series B was supported by a new investment from a global online vehicle technology company, which was not named, alongside existing backers TTV Capital, Fontinalis Partners, and Kickstart Fund. The round size was not disclosed.

Carputty will use the capital to expand its loan origination and servicing capabilities and to embed its infrastructure more deeply across the automotive ecosystem.

Founded by Patrick Bayliss, the company offers an embedded finance platform for the auto industry. Its Flexloan and Flexline products provide origination and servicing infrastructure that gives consumers a digital financing experience and gives dealers AI-driven tools to lift conversion rates. Carputty operates out of Georgia.

Lenders, dealer software vendors, and service firms that sell into auto finance can get verified contacts at newly funded fintech companies every week through FinTech Lead Generation.
