Corgi has announced a $106 million Series B1 raise that values the company at $2.6 billion. The new round comes just three weeks after the company announced a $160 million Series B at a $1.3 billion valuation. TCV led the financing, with participation from Prime Capital, Kindred Ventures, and other investors.
Corgi has now raised $378 million in total funding. Chief executive Nico Laqua said the company was profitable last month and that the new capital would help it expand into additional segments, including trucking, small business, and sports.
The company offers insurance with a focus on startups in areas such as tech, cyber, and general liability. It counts Deel and Artisan among its customers.
