Arc, a voice AI startup building a drive-thru platform for quick-service restaurant operators, has announced its launch alongside a $10.76 million Seed round led by Andreessen Horowitz. The round, dated May 26, 2026, also drew participation from Adverb Ventures, Broadway Restaurant Group, United Talent Agency, and others.
The company was founded by Square and Cash App veterans Mike MacLennan and Ali Hussain. Arc positions itself as the only voice AI platform built specifically to bring e-commerce-grade optimization to the drive-thru.
Arc is already working with two major fast-food chains and says its system can complete orders on its own more than 95 percent of the time.
