Acumino, a robotics startup based in Elliniko, Greece, has raised $11.7 million in a Seed round as it works to scale deployments with industrial customers.

The company builds hardware-agnostic physical AI for dexterous tasks in industrial automation. Its approach centers on data-driven robot modeling, which lets robots adapt across different hardware platforms without needing task-specific reprogramming for each type of machine.

Acumino was selected by Google DeepMind for its first European robotics accelerator cohort, announced on June 9, 2026, alongside 14 other early-stage European robotics companies.

The company plans to use the seed capital to scale commercial customer deployments and expand the reach of its technology across industrial settings.

The raise adds to a busy stretch for robotics funding, with investors increasingly backing companies that apply AI to physical, real-world tasks on the factory floor.
