01Health has raised £11.2 million in Series A funding to scale a platform that brings specialist healthcare services into local clinics. The London, England company announced the round in June 2026.

The financing was led by Gresham House Ventures, with follow-on participation from existing backers Balderton Capital, Eka Ventures and Wavemaker360. A group of angel investors also joined, including Blockchain.com co-founder Nicolas Cary.

01Health is built around a simple but ambitious idea, which is to move specialist care out of hospitals and major medical centers and into clinics closer to where people live. Rather than concentrating expertise in a handful of large institutions, the company’s platform is designed to let specialist services be delivered through local providers, widening access for patients who might otherwise face long waits or travel.

The company’s roots are in dental care, where it developed its technology before working to turn that platform into broader infrastructure for specialist healthcare. That progression, from a focused clinical application toward a more general system, reflects a common pattern among health technology startups that start narrow and expand once the core model is proven.

With the new funding, 01Health plans to support further growth across the United Kingdom and to expand into the United States, where platform trials are already underway. The push into the U.S. market signals confidence that the model can travel beyond the UK’s healthcare system, though it also means competing in a far larger and more fragmented market. For now, the raise gives 01Health the resources to keep extending specialist care into community settings on both sides of the Atlantic.
