Uniti, an AI company based in New York, has raised a $12 million Series A to build an agentic AI layer for real estate operators around the world. Pathlight led the round, which the company announced on July 21, 2026.
MetaProp joined the financing, along with existing investors Prudence, Flex Capital, Alate, and RE VC. A group of individual backers also took part, including Romain Huet of OpenAI, Lenny Rachitsky, and Gokul Rajaram.
Uniti builds AI agents that plug into the property management and CRM software real estate operators already use, then automate work such as leasing, maintenance, and collections across large portfolios. The company plans to put the fresh capital toward expanding that platform across operationally heavy sectors, including self-storage, senior living, multifamily, manufactured housing, and flexible workspaces.
Founded by Yale classmates Francesco Decamilli and Emre Altinok, Uniti now works with operators across more than ten countries.
