Solstice, an AI-native marketing agency built for pharma brands, has raised $21 million in a Series A round. Transformation Capital led the financing, with participation from Twelve Below, Virtue Ventures, and others. The round brings the company’s total funding to roughly $25 million.
Led by chief executive Aris Saxena, Solstice pairs AI technology with in-house experts to generate, review, and activate compliant marketing content quickly. The model replaces the traditional handoffs between agencies, regulatory teams, and in-house marketers.
The company plans to use the capital to expand its go-to-market operation, speed up product development, and grow its team across product and customer-facing roles.
Solstice says its customers launch campaigns 12 times faster than they would through traditional agencies. Content can move from concept to MLR submission in under 48 hours and reach market-ready status in about 10 days. The company reports that teams using its platform produce nearly three times more high-quality content per quarter while cutting the average number of MLR reviews per asset from 3.2 rounds down to 1.2.
