Offroad, an identity security company based in New York with a second base in Tel Aviv, has emerged from stealth with $7 million in Seed funding. The round, announced on June 4, 2026, was led by Ibex Investors and Skywell Capital Partners.

Founded in 2025 by Dan Bendler and Philip Shteyn, Offroad provides an AI-powered identity security platform. The company uses AI agents to automatically investigate and remediate risks across human identities, non-human identities, and AI agents themselves.

Offroad plans to use the capital to build out its agentic identity security team and further develop its platform, with the goal of helping enterprises move from identity visibility to full risk resolution.

As part of its launch, the company audited 2,890 public OAuth apps across the Google Workspace and GitHub marketplaces. It found that roughly one in three, representing more than 1.85 billion installations, carried serious structural security concerns.
