Meshy, an AI company based in Sunnyvale, California, has raised nearly $400 million in a Series B round at a $1.5 billion valuation. Announced on July 21, 2026, it is the largest funding round to date for a company built specifically for AI-powered 3D generation, and it marks Meshy’s first publicly disclosed valuation.

The round drew a group of leading global investors, with all existing backers taking part. Meshy builds foundation models that let people create 3D content from a single line of text or a single image, turning out a usable model in about a minute. Work that once called for specialized skills, expensive software, and weeks of effort can now be done in roughly a minute and for about a dollar.

The company’s models can be used directly in games and, increasingly, printed as physical objects. As of July 2026, Meshy says its annual recurring revenue is growing about 12 times year over year, with more than 12 million registered users and over 100 million models created.

Meshy plans to put the capital toward research and development and expansion into new markets around the world.
