LightTable, a Denver-based AI platform built for pre-construction work, has raised $22 million in a Series A round. Innovation Endeavors led the financing, which closed on May 27, 2026.
Blackhorn Ventures, DivcoWest Ventures, and 9Yards Capital joined the round, along with existing investors Primary Venture Partners, MetaProp, and Banter Capital.
LightTable reads and analyzes construction drawings at roughly the same level as an experienced architect or engineer, but in a fraction of the time a manual review would take. The company uses purpose-built AI models to tackle a long-standing problem in construction: scattered tools and disconnected project teams that lead to uncoordinated design errors, expensive change orders, and delays on the jobsite.
Since coming out of stealth in August 2025 with a $6 million seed round, LightTable has reviewed more than 20 million square feet of construction documents covering $3.5 billion in total project costs. The company plans to use the new capital to scale its flagship QA/QC product, hire across all functional areas, and build out new tools to support growth in the United States and international markets.
