ZeroDrift, a New York City company building a compliance firewall for AI, has closed an oversubscribed $10 million Seed round. The round was announced on June 2, 2026.

Investors include a16z speedrun, Reign Ventures, PitchDrive Ventures, U&I Ventures, Active Capital, Geek Ventures, Converge Ventures, Atlas SGR, and Founders Future, among others.

The company was launched in 2026 by Kumesh Aroomoogan, a repeat AI entrepreneur who previously co-founded and led Accern, raising more than $60 million in venture capital and steering the company to an acquisition in 2025.

ZeroDrift develops a real-time inline API enforcement architecture along with a centralized control plane called Command. The system intercepts, validates, and corrects outbound AI-generated emails, sales calls, marketing content, and chatbot responses against SEC, FINRA, MiFID II, GDPR, and HIPAA frameworks before delivery. The company plans to use the funds to expand its regulatory rule coverage across global industries, broaden real-time channel support across AI voice and video, and scale its core API infrastructure for production agents.

Since launching in early 2026, ZeroDrift has gained traction with tier-one banks, asset managers, and insurance companies, with that traction doubling month over month.
