Triomics, a startup building an AI-powered platform that helps oncologists and administrative staff automate data-heavy tasks such as clinical trial matching and appointment prep, has raised $22 million in a Series B round led by Battery Ventures.

The round drew participation from existing investors Nexus Venture Partners, Lightspeed, and Y Combinator, along with strategic investors Oncology Ventures and Precision Health Informatics, a subsidiary of Texas Oncology. The financing brings the company’s total funding to more than $36 million.

Rather than positioning itself as a standalone generative AI assistant, Triomics is building infrastructure meant to support multiple oncology use cases at once, including clinical trial matching, chart review, pre-visit preparation, and cancer registry abstraction.

Peer-reviewed validation published in Nature Digital Medicine documents that the platform cuts manual chart review times by 67%, while increasing clinical trial matches by 40% and enrollment by more than 30%.

The platform has been adopted across elite networks, including Memorial Sloan Kettering, MD Anderson, Yale Cancer Center, Mount Sinai, and Texas Oncology. Over the past year, the company expanded its enterprise customer base fourfold, which drove a tenfold increase in annualized recurring revenue.
