Ubiety Technologies Secures $10 Million to Revolutionize Connected Home Security

Ubiety Technologies, a Chicago-based technology startup, has recently secured a significant investment to further its mission of revolutionizing the connected home and security experience. The company announced that it has completed a $10 million Series A-1 financing round, which will be used to enhance its product offerings, accelerate the development of its proprietary AI engine, and expand its go-to-market capabilities to meet the growing demands of its customer base.

Valued at $90 million, Ubiety Technologies’ growth is driven by its groundbreaking platform that redefines the connected home and security experience for both internet service providers (ISPs) and home security solution providers. This investment underscores the market’s confidence in Ubiety’s ability to create meaningful and accessible solutions that enhance everyday life.

The Series A-1 round is led by Delta Global, a global venture firm focused on transformative technologies in IoT and artificial intelligence platforms. Delta Global is joined by participation from Evolution Digital, a leading provider of integrated video products, whole-home broadband and Wi-Fi offerings, and connectivity solutions serving more than 150 ISPs worldwide. Additionally, Leo Lion, a London-based VC firm, has also participated in the funding round. Leo Lion’s mission is to invest in extraordinary companies led by values-based, forward-thinking founders.

Keith Puckett, Co-Founder & CEO of Ubiety, expressed his enthusiasm for the investment, stating, “This funding is a testament to the incredible work our team has done in building a truly innovative platform that addresses the evolving needs of both service providers and consumers. With this investment, we can accelerate our mission to bring smarter, simpler, and more secure connected home solutions to households everywhere.”

Ubiety Technologies’ platform is designed to empower people with the information they need to know who’s present in their home when they’re away. Using revolutionary sensor technology, a presence detection engine, and a mobile application, Ubiety’s HomeAware solution delivers a robust monitoring experience that enables people to achieve better visibility and peace of mind about who’s present in their home.

The investment from Delta Global, Evolution Digital, and Leo Lion highlights the market’s recognition of Ubiety’s potential to transform the connected home and security landscape. With this funding, Ubiety Technologies is poised to continue its rapid growth and expand its offerings to meet the increasing demands of its customer base.

Larry Sullivan, Founding Partner at Leo Lion, emphasized the importance of values in corporate endeavors, stating, “Leo Lion firmly believes that when values take center stage in corporate endeavors, businesses become a potent force for securing both social and economic prosperity. Keith’s values of integrity, hard work, and resilience align perfectly with the values we back at Leo Lion. Ubiety has developed transformational technology that will impact many industries.”

This investment marks a significant milestone for Ubiety Technologies, demonstrating the company’s commitment to innovation and its ability to attract significant investment from leading venture firms. With this funding, Ubiety is well-positioned to continue its mission of enhancing everyday life through smarter, simpler, and more secure connected home solutions.
